Operations Administration Assistant
Six Month Fixed Term Contract
Stansted
The Operations Administration Assistant will work alongside the Operations Department assisting with daily administration tasks and dealing with general enquiries. The role will also be involved in the formulation and processing of invoices, and record keeping.
Good computer and accurate numerical skills are therefore essential and the successful candidate must have an excellent knowledge of Excel with a good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
You should be able to work under your own initiative but also as part of a team and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Candidates should have previous experience in an administration role, preferably with an aviation background.
Hours of work will be based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however candidates should adopt a flexible approach.
